Between imposing consoles with hard stone shelves and the beautiful Hall of Clocks

On the second floor, you can admire still life paintings from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. On a generic beginning of Flemish experiences and, to a lesser extent, Spanish, one catches the innovative, naturalistic and enlightened vision of Michelangelo da Caravaggio. All these experiences will quickly culminate in the complete and personal compositional and colour freedom of the Neapolitan artists.
